Camp Information Letter
Welcome to OneCamp 2026!
We are so excited and eagerly anticipating all that God has for us at OneCamp this year! Enclosed you will find information that you need to help you have the best experience possible! Parents, please read over this letter thoroughly and go over it with your student(s) as we have added new rules and expectations.
Our theme at OneCamp this year is “To the Ends of the Earth” with our focus verse Acts 1:8, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth”
We are so excited that our OneCamp 2026 speaker is Mason Tanner. Mason is a loving husband, an intentional father, and a gifted preacher and storyteller who inspires wonder with compelling stories of revival and what is available to us through the Holy Spirit today. Known for bringing depth and clarity to complex spiritual themes, Mason carries a unique ability to stir faith and awaken expectation in the hearts of believers.
Our morning teaching time this year will be led by Tom Tanner, Pastor of Riverstone Church in Kennesaw. We are excited to have Tom present at camp this year to invest into our students and to serve as our Camp Pastor.
Our worship will be led by OneWorship, a group of talented worship leaders from across our Network. We are thankful for the way they come together as ONE to lead us into His Presence.
Please let us know if you have any questions as you read over the attached information. We are happy to help.
We look forward to an amazing week!
The 2026 OneCamp Leadership Team
CAMP RULES AND EXPECTATIONS
Parents and Campers -
We are excited about OneCamp 2026 and are looking forward to a great week together. Our desire is to help create an environment where all of our campers can grow in their relationship with Jesus, enjoy time with their friends, and have fun. To that end, please see the general camp rules below so we are all on the same page regarding the expectations to abide by for OneCamp. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
One change to note this year - we are implementing a policy of progressive discipline. The hope is that all of our campers honor the rules, listen to their counselors, and respect each other. We also know that things can happen at camp that make it difficult for campers to engage with the Lord, that are unsafe, or that are disruptive or disrespectful. In the event of those behaviors a:
-
First offense will result in a verbal warning from a Lead Counselor, a Student Pastor, or Camp Leadership
-
Second offense will result in disciplinary action as determined by the Camp Safety Team; discipline may include loss of privileges (i.e. exclusion from camp tournaments, evening activities, free time, etc.), work detail (i.e. picking up trash, admin tasks, set up/break down of rooms, etc.), or both
-
Note - we will do our best to contact parents if their camper receives a second offense
-
-
Third offense will result in a camper being sent home
-
Note - some behaviors are sufficiently serious (i.e. endangering self/others, engaging in illegal activity, etc.) as to require immediate dismissal from camp. These decisions will be made by the Camp Safety Team in consultation with the relevant Student Pastor (i.e. RiverStone’s Student Pastor for a RiverStone camper.)
Camper Expectations
All campers are expected to:
· Participate fully in all camp activities and be on time.
· Treat others with respect, dignity, and kindness.
· Follow instructions from camp staff and counselors.
· Help keep camp facilities clean.

· Boys may not enter girls’ cabins, and girls may not enter boys’ cabins.
· Unoccupied cabins are off-limits.
· Cabins should be straightened each morning.
Dress Code
Clothing should be modest and appropriate for camp activities. Any clothing deemed in poor taste is unacceptable and campers will be asked to change. (See the dress code document for additional guidance.)
Girls
· One-piece or tankini swimsuits only (midsection must remain covered).

Prohibited Items & Behaviors
Campers should NOT bring:
· Cell phones
-
Cell phones are not needed at camp and are strongly discouraged; giving our students a screen-free week is a gift. All communication with campers can be done through Lead Counselors and/or Camp Leadership. If phones are seen outside of the cabin, they will be taken. Listening to music to fall asleep/morning alarms are ok, nothing else is. If, at the discretion of the Lead Counselor, phone use within the cabin becomes problematic, phones will be taken. Bring a notebook and pen/pencil to take notes during sessions.
· Tablets, iPads, laptops, etc.
· Electronic games
If brought to camp, these items may be collected and returned at the end of the week. Camp leadership and counselors can assist with parent communication as needed.
The following are NOT allowed:
· Tobacco, vaping products, alcohol, or drugs
· Knives, or weapons of any kind
· Fireworks
· Skateboards, scooters, etc.
· Pranks
· Bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behavior
· Being out of cabins after curfew
Camp Boundaries & Safety
· Campers must remain within designated camp areas.
-
The lake area, athletic field, and areas around cabins, dining hall, auditorium, and meeting rooms
-
Boys are not permitted on the girls side of camp, and girls are not permitted on the boys side of camp.
-
Restricted areas include staff housing, maintenance buildings, electronic/sound equipment, and the pool or dining hall during unscheduled times.
· Campers must respectfully follow all lifeguard instructions and pool rules.
Additional Rules
· Leaving camp: No one (adult or youth) is to leave Camp without permission of the Camp Leadership, and must check in and out in Camp Office. Rising college students may bring cars but they are to leave car keys with their Lead Counselor. No other students may drive to camp.
· One night campers/counselors: No “one night” campers/counselors are allowed.
· During worship services: Campers sit by gender-boys on right, girls on left.

The Pastoral leadership of OneCamp and the youth ministries of the Transformation Network reserve the right to send any camper, counselor, or staff home for behaviors not listed above, that are detrimental to FFA facilities or the other campers.

General
-
There is a lot of movement- Morning Thing, Evening Activities, raising your hands in worship, playing spikeball and volleyball during free time, etc. All these activities require you to bend over, jump up, run, lift your arms, etc. Please be intentional with what you wear. Good questions to ask when picking your clothes for camp:
-
Does my bottom show when I bend over?
-
If someone is behind me on the hill/stairs can they see up by shorts/skort/etc?
-
When I lift my hands in worship or to catch a ball, will my stomach show?
-
If I'm in the middle of a morning thing game will I constantly be adjusting my clothing?
-
-
Undergarments must always be covered by outer garments (i.e. no boxer shorts or bra straps showing, including sports bras).
-
No clothing should be worn that promotes ideals that could be offensive or that are not consistent with the values of OneCamp (including profanity, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, etc.).
-
Note: Our goal in developing a dress standard is to be both modest and practical. However, dress standards can often be a source of tension, especially among girl campers. Please understand that OneCamp is committed to protecting the innocence of your child while they are in our care. With this in mind, we will ask campers who are inappropriately dressed (wearing articles of clothing not consistent with OneCamp' dress standard) to change. We appreciate your sensitivity to this subject matter, as it is our goal to create an impactful camp environment that is free from distractions.
